The practice of mindfulness and mindful meditation can potentially impact so many aspects of our lives; including stress and anxiety management, dealing with physical pain and illness or simply helping us better connect with our lives and the people we care about.
This Community Meet-Up is a great opportunity to drop in, learn more about the various aspects of mindfulness and have an opportunity to disconnect from our daily lives and practice with others in our community.
This Community Meet-Up is completely free and open to all. No previous meditation experience required. Each meeting will be a combination of teaching and guided mindful-meditation practice.
Sharing or speaking is not ever required.
