We are constantly surrounded by things that are fighting for our attention; marketing, work, people, social media and so much more. At times, it can feel completely overwhelming and out of our control. Fortunately, 2600 years of wisdom and modern science can help show us a better way to navigate this modern world.
Mindful living and meditation can help us to feel more connected, balanced and in control. We have the capacity to tame our wandering mind and bring our attention to the most important parts of lives, helping us to feel more connected, calm and grateful in the midst of this chaotic human experience.
In this 3-hour mindfulness workshop, we will cover some of the most relevant science, expore the ways in which mindfulness can help change our relationship to stress and anxiety and much more. All participants will be provided with 5-weeks of ongoing reading, a home-practice schedule and guided meditation recordings.
