The quality of our life is largely determined by our relationship to the world around us; not the world itself. Mindfulness is a 2600 year old practice with modern, scientific support. In this 5-weeks, we wil explore the opportunities that open up to us when we deepen our connection to the present moment. Ultimately, helping to change our relationship to stress, anxiety, fear and uncertainty amidst this challenging new reality and beyond.
This course is a combination of weekly, live online sessions, home readings and formal meditation practice (recordings will be provided).
